Just amateurs in over their heads, they inform you at breakfast that the cold cuts and cheeses are finished. At 8:00 AM on Monday morning, you inform me that the cold cuts are finished? But please, take the car and run to the store to shop. Sliced bread already cut in plastic bags, but please, with a bakery like the one in the square in Prata, I have to eat bread from a bag. Warmed brioche and warmed again. No, you are not a 3-star hotel, you are a roadside inn. Never again from you. Advance payment for the room at check-in without even having seen the room, but where are we? I have traveled half the world, never encountered this. I will let others come to visit you; I will never return. Regards

Unacceptable! As for the hotel, I could have definitely evaluated it more. The cleanliness is good, the place nice, the staff friendly and the breakfast I would say more than decent, nothing was missing. So what? Why a dot? First of all the external and internal soundproofing is between zero and zero minus. Neighbors seem to have them in their rooms and the rooms they've been giving out on the interstate since 5 a.m. are noisy beyond level. However, for two days, this could also be waived. What is worse is that I stayed 2 days for the fair and in two days in the morning I had to take a cold shower because the boiler went into blockage. I say one day it can happen, but two? I asked at reception and the boiler seems to have been replaced recently, but that doesn't change anything. For the disservice I would say that they would have made a good impression by making at least a discount on the price, instead I miss the fake. Pordenone is full of hotels, I won't come here safe anymore. Not recommended.

In May we ask for availability and price for a stay of 9 nights (from 08 to 16 ) with half board for August. Room available and for half board "Eventual dinner with a special menu based on meat Euro 22.00 based on Fish Euro 28.00". All right, let's make reservations. Arrived at the structure we are told that the restaurant "cause works" will be closed from 10 onwards, but the lies have short legs... the waiter of the restaurant himself greets us on the second evening saying "like every year the restaurant closes for two weeks". Why weren't we notified in May when booking? Afraid of losing your reservation? Small rooms and single door cabinets with little space available. "Air conditioning" but not h24, the time of the air conditioning was set by the reception who often turned it off in the morning before waking up. At breakfast empty croissants were nowhere to be found. Not to see you again!!!
