Standard Hotel Udine

Terrible. Dilapidated. It is not even worth 1/4 of the price paid. A real hovel. My son slept in the bed with us because the third bed was in a separate corridor, so inhospitable that even I would not sleep there. Cracked walls, peeled plaster, damp spots, an indecent bath. Good thing we only spent one night there. For 20/30 euros at most could go. For 100 absolutely not.

I believe that education and professionalism are fundamental, especially in an accommodation facility. We arrived around 02:00 in the morning and the concierge, rudely, after I introduced myself, told me that without 20 euros he would not open the door for us. I found his attitude uneducated and unprofessional. I would like to point out that it was not a problem to pay the penalty for overnight arrival, even if on the website of the structure it was indicated a cost of 15 euros and not 20. Once I arrived at the reception, I still paid what was requested. What I find unacceptable is not so much the amount, but the behavior received: lack of tact, poor manners and a disrespectful attitude towards the customer.

General cleaning of the hotel bad, at 8.00 breakfast is practically over, the end time is at 9.30, the hotel recently flooded due to bad weather and being carpeted in all spaces, there is a strong smell of mold, really bad experience
