The hotel overall does not deserve the 4 stars. The staff is few and approximate: it took a long time to check in since the lady, alone at the reception, repeatedly answered the phone. No one to indicate the elevator or the path to access the pool. Room too simple and with a bathroom stuck in the 1950s, without a toiletry kit and especially without anything (not even a stool) to place the beauty case on.
The only plus of the room: the mattress is very comfortable. In a friend's room, on the upper floor compared to ours, the air conditioning did not work!
The reason it has 4 stars, I believe, is the pool: objectively beautiful, with the usual desolate-looking bar nearby (poor food) and with absolutely untrained staff!
