I would Definitely NOT Recommend this hotel. For the price paid for 5 star hotel - it’s for sure doesn’t worse it! - I’m in Egypt twice per year. I know what I’m talking about concerning „price - quality“! The service and kitchen is on a very low level! In case you are there, my recommendation: don’t pay for seafood restaurant! In case it’s for free - fine! — Try it! In my case - NOT! We celebrated a birthday party there on 14 February (Valentine’s Day) .. My mom had a birthday on this day! We paid a special fee for a 5 course menu! - 30 EUR per Person (good Deal). What we received? - The personnel is incompetent! They simply could ignore your menu (which was paid due to the party) and bring meals in their own order : could skip soup or bring second meal instead of first so, if you not careful enough - you will stay just with starter and main meal - but paid for the whole menu Including Live Music - which is not live music in reality (pay attention when you are there once) PAY ATTENTION: ask for your menu to be sure that all 5 meals were served! (If you paid for this) - In our situation- We received second meal instead of first. The argument of the personal: “We just didn’t know you want as well first menu and soup”. ANYONE in the restaurant was able to fulfill champagne 🍾 ! - we were waiting hours that someone finally fulfill our glasses (during wishes to the birthday guy). Another situation — We received a birthday cake! TO THE ROOM Not as complement from the hotel! No way! - Never order flowers in this hotel! I have my own experience! I have ordered 2 buckets of flowers for my BirthdayMommy (from the catalog on the reception) - one of them costed 100 US-Dollar, another one 50 US-Dollar! I - What do you think? I received 2 completely same buckets of flowers on the next day! (One costed 50 -another 100 US-dollar). Thus, in case it’s necessary, buy it somewhere else! - on the reception they are not polite! As I was disagreed with the price for flowers I received, the personal proposal - to bring for my mom an additional cake (so it was not complement - it was an agreement) as compensation! Bravo! - Hotel personal brings us the cake to the room! - my mom ( birthdays person ) try this cake with finger as it should be! - However, after few hours the personal take away our cake (which was bitten) just because they wanted to serve this cake with songs in the main restaurant. What a pity.... they served the same cake (bitten) in the main restaurant! Nothing changed! Concerning the main restaurant: completely out of the tasty food. The chef annoyed every guest with a question “if everything fine?” , “if not - tell me what is wrong” - My answer: „did I come here and paid to enjoy and relax? - or just to help this poor hotel to recover? My statement in return: I will never come back to this hotel and will never advice it to anyone! Moreover, I will complain to the tour agency, proposed us this hotel, because they know my taste for this money! Additionally, I would like to pay attention to your Ukrainian animation Team! As most of reviewers stayed one night prior to cruise. Basic hotel with basically furnished but spacious room, with balcony and separate seating area. Balcony was overlooking the sea. Mini fridge provided. Breakfast was not served, but there is a cafe near by where one can get coffee and danish in the morning. The "very good" rating is because of staff we interfaced with and the arranged shuttle right to cruise ship @ Euro 10 per person. Luggage was loaded and unloaded- can not beat that convenience.

We stayed here one night before our cruise and were pleasantly surprised, Our room on the second floor was actually two rooms, a bedroom and a room with table and chairs and mini-fridge. It had a small balcony facing the ocean and wonderful tall windows with shutters that opened onto the sea. There were several nice restaurants along the promenade where we enjoyed lunch and dinner. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel the next morning but rather walked along the promenade and enjoyed cappuccino and a fresh croissant in the morning sunshine. There was an elevator but it was up a few stairs from the hotel lobby. The front desk kindly arranged for a van to take us and our luggage to the pier, which was just a short drive away. There was a window shelf in the stairwell that had a lot of cobwebs and needed cleaning out but everything else was clean. Because our room was on the corner and we left the window opened there was some late night and early morning noise from the restaurant below but the rest of the time it was very quiet.
