I stayed one night in this hotel with my husband on Saturday 25 October. We had a very good time, very kind and professional staff both at the reception and at the breakfast restaurant. The room was comfortable and spacious with even the coffee machine with pods for free use. If I had to choose a hotel in that area I would definitely stay there again

I received as a gift a smart box with overnight stay at this property with breakfast and wellness center. Full of expectations the hotel is a bit retro style and non-existent spa ..... [c and only a small sauna ] note positive hearty breakfast with the opportunity to taste both the croissants and cakes. I don't think I would return

Too bad we can not give 0 stars. It saves the size of the room and the excellent sound insulation. Poor room cleaning, dust everywhere and presence of insects in the bed (we both woke up with bumps on the skin). Prison breakfast. All packaged stuff and very low quality. The BIO corner they sponsor on their site with (retouched) photographs not received. Horrible coffee. Dumb scrambled eggs. Those frozen sodas. Patchy discount ham (must have been cheetah). Croissant stantie. I've toured hundreds of hotels, never seen so many guests wander around the buffet not knowing what to eat. Sauna indicated as open 24 hours a day, but not available because dirty. Herbal tea that was due to me as a Smartbox reservation, not received. No smoking in the rooms, but full of guests who smoked in the hallways. They offer me 20% discount on the next booking. I wouldn't even go back for free, other than discount. Stay away.
