BW HOTEL FIUGGI TERME

Hello everyone, as usual I am leaving a new review, and those who follow me know that they are truthful. Fiuggi Terme hotel, I must be honest I was a little biased having read some reviews, instead I found a very well-kept hotel, very clean both internally and externally with beautiful spaces. Very clean and well-maintained pool with a lifeguard and poolside bar, padel and tennis courts with huge gazebos where you can eat something or sip a drink. The staff is one of the strengths of the property, the reception staff and the waiters are all very kind and helpful, a special praise for the evening head waiter Stefano, a great professional always with a smile. Surely there are some small flaws due to the passing of the years, the bathrooms definitely need to be redone, the rooms have their charm, the furniture is definitely Tuscan... I think they are beautiful to look at, I would change the color on at least one wall. A sore point is that the entrance to the spa needs to be managed better, you enter with time slots and it should be checked better.......... this way it does not work. Highly recommended for everyone, I conclude with an excellent breakfast. thank you

The hotel property is a bit dated, the spa however is very beautiful (even if some wellness paths need fixing). The welcome could be improved as the staff did not provide much information at the time of check-in. The quality of the breakfast products is ordinary and not memorable. Excellent location and very clean environments. The pool area is standard. The gym is well-equipped and the tennis courts are well-maintained.

We returned after exactly one year to spend a different afternoon at the spa. Everything much worse. The spa water, for a spa, was very cold. Many hydromassage stations inside the spa pool were not working. The locker room shower was freezing cold. The hair dryer did not work and I had to go out to report it and have them turn it on for me. 60 dollars for two for three hours in a pool that is, by the way, very small and poorly functioning seems a bit exaggerated since there is better in Fiuggi.
