I was there before COVID and returned this summer after a long time. The facility has improved greatly in the meantime and has made a huge leap in quality. They eliminated the changing rooms for the day spa, replacing them with bedrooms to make the day spa also a moment of absolute relaxation between one hydromassage and another. The Spa with its saunas and the always-heated outdoor pool is something spectacular and unique... almost to the point of getting lost in it. The apericena with tastings of typical local products is also excellent. An experience that is absolutely worth trying.

​I am writing this review to warn anyone who is thinking of giving a package or a voucher for this facility as a gift. ​Last year, in July, I received an evening admission as a gift. Due to various personal problems I could not use it immediately and, when I called in July of this year to book before the expiration date, availability was almost zero: I was told that the only possible date in the whole month was August 6, without any other option available (even though I had also given availability for weekdays or less "appealing" days). ​As if that were not enough, right close to the date I caught the flu. I promptly contacted the facility to notify them and ask to be able to move the reservation, but the answer was a categorical no: reservation lost and gift vanished. ​I find it truly disappointing that such a facility does not show the slightest flexibility or attention to the customer, refusing to grant a short extension even in the face of a health problem. ​I strongly advise against giving or purchasing packages with an expiration date at this facility: the risk of losing your money (or making the person giving the gift look bad) is very high.
