Settebello Village

We stayed for 2 nights and it didn't start off for the best. The accommodation booked was dilapidated, but I must say that as soon as we pointed it out, they provided a better one upon our request. Without asking us for the difference. The campsite is huge, it has a solarium area for those staying in the various types of bungalows, the only flaw is the very small beach because the sea is "eating" it. Overall it is a good campsite, the market is very well-stocked, there are play areas for children, the pool, a restaurant where you eat quite well. But the old accommodations must be renovated, without a doubt

I must preface this by saying that this is the first time I have written a negative review, but in this case, I feel offended as a guest! To me, it is unthinkable that one could still allow overnight stays in such conditions nowadays! It is an insult and a mockery toward customers who pay, and pay quite a lot. We are also in the industry, and we would never dream of such a thing! Prestige mobile home. The pictures speak for themselves! Old, dirty, and smelly!! Old and stained upholstery, broken shower, ants on the beds that even got into our suitcases, and graveyard lighting!! Fortunately, we only had to endure it for one weekend. We are campers and have seen many mobile homes, but never one this horrible!!! I wanted to lie down on the lounge chairs, but they were dirty with resin! I do not think that we customers should have to clean them!! Even my children didn't want to stay in the house! For the rest, the pool is beautiful, as is the sea. While common areas like the bars are large rooms with empty shelves and doors with piles of boxes! It's a real shame, the village is very beautiful, but unfortunately nowadays people only think about collecting money and minimizing investments to make the stay, I won't say luxurious, but at least decent! A real disappointment!!

The evening is dead; at least twice a week they should host some professional cabaret performer or musician or anything... it is one of the most expensive campsites, I think they could do it, instead the entertainment is in the hands of 15-year-old kids. There should be a little train that goes around the campsite because it is immense; to go from the sea to the parking lot or to the pool you have to walk 1 km, plus there is an underpass that is also dangerous. The prices at the bar, grocery store, and fruit shop are too high. To give an example, a cream-filled donut at the bar costs 3 dollars! THEY COULD DO MUCH MORE, IT NEVER GETS RENOVATED, IN FACT IT IS GETTING WORSE.
