Excellent check-in service with trained and fast staff. Elegance of the dining room, good food, and beautiful background music played over the sound system, which allows for relaxing days in the common areas, whether as a couple or as a family. Reading and TV room for those who also wish to play a game of cards. The garden and plants, always watered, color the hotel's spaces green. Clean, fragrant, and fresh rooms with friendly and helpful staff. For an observant eye, there is also room for a 60s-style telephone booth as a piece of modern, nautical decor. But the real star is the sea in front of the hotel with a magnificent private beach for its use. The beach service welcomes you and escorts you to your umbrella. A breeze under the sun and a royal toast to us and to Villa dei Principi!

It is very difficult to express a balanced judgment on a stay that is objectively expensive. Faced with a truly remarkable naturalistic location, beach and annexes included, even when fully crowded, and generally varied evening dining with several options, of quality and well-interpreted, one is then confronted with the quality of the accommodations, which is of an incomprehensible squalor. Poorly operable windows and doors, insufficient closets from many years ago, where they can even close or open, very very/too soft beds that cannot be separated if needed, small and old bathrooms. There are also larger superior rooms with a small garden where the greater volume is that of the inadequacy and the risk of unwanted guests. So either change hotels or close your eyes tightly and enjoy the sea and dinner, while thinking about what you are paying, which is not little.
