Reading the reviews, I was hesitant. But when I arrived, I appreciated a place that I can define as exceptional. To go to the private beach, you cross the pool. Spacious parking and rooms quiet.

I stayed at this hotel with my friends at the end of August. The property, although a bit dated, enjoys an excellent location on the sea, with a private beach, parking, and half/full board services, right near the center of Sperlonga. The welcome was not the best, as upon arrival we were immediately asked for the balance of the entire stay, but the most serious inconvenience was an unresolved problem in the bathroom. We were given a room facing the sea with a wonderful view, but unfortunately our toilet had a faulty flush (water leaking from the seat). We pointed out the "difficulty," but we were told by the maintenance worker that it was not possible to repair it quickly and by the reception that they did not have another room to make available to us... What a shame! A 4-star hotel with many strengths and generally good food cannot lose out on such "important" problems!

Location by the sea! Enviable location! Very kind and helpful staff! Recommended! Clean rooms and a balcony overlooking the sea! Nice
