Hotel Villa Margherita

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was far below expectations, especially considering the price paid and the services one would expect from a three-star establishment. The hotel is located in the center of Ladispoli, but it does not have parking. Even the space in front of the building, indicated as reserved, was occupied by other cars, creating quite a few inconveniences. At the reception, we found very young staff and, in our opinion, still inexperienced in managing guests and their various needs. The most negative aspect, however, was the general cleanliness of the establishment: the elevator, hallways, and room did not seem adequately clean to us. On the glass of our room's window, there was even pigeon or seagull droppings. After pointing it out to the housekeeper, the glass was cleaned, but unfortunately only partially. The pool didn't seem clean enough to us either, and during our stay, we didn't see a lifeguard present. Negative experience at the bar as well: we asked for an aperitif, but the staff seemed poorly trained to us and the service almost gave the impression of still being in the start-up phase of the summer season. The room was quite large, but definitely bare and lacking care in its furnishings. Overall, we believe the price is excessive compared to the quality of the services offered. From a three-star hotel, especially considering the rate requested, we expected greater cleanliness, organization, professionalism, and attention to the customer.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. Never go. Old and ruined facility. Paid 500 euros on Booking. Upon arrival at the facility, the room had a non-functioning "fan," with a 200 euro surcharge for an air conditioner. Total cost: a whopping 700 euros for 4 nights from August 17 to 20. It was not worth it due to the terrible condition the facility is in. No customer attention. Shabby and neglected rooms. Reception staff not professional at all, rude and listless responses. Terrible experience, I do not recommend it to you!

It was nice i cant complain i was able to have a wonderful dinner
