We spent one night in this b&b on the occasion of a concert at the Olimpico. Initially we had to be in 5 , then for family problems of one person we remained in 4 and I must say that I found great willingness on the part of Innocent , the guy at the reception, to change the accommodation almost at the last minute. The building , as well as the whole Prati district , is beautiful and very well served with restaurants , shops , public transport (terminus of 32 in front of the door and Ottaviano metro stop a stone's throw away) and St. Peter's Square 5 minutes walk . The room is not very large also because it has been kindly used as a quadruple , but for 1-2 nights it is fine :: very well soundproofed , since it overlooks a very busy avenue and fully functional air conditioning . One thing to improve is the bathroom which, despite its good cleanliness, shows many signs of wear . Convenient location to walk to the Olympic stadium a half hour walk to Via Barletta and Viale Angelico. Quiet also the return after midnight. So great solution to visit Rome, something to improve but great value for money. Thanks to Innocenzo for his kindness and availability.

PERFECT location to visit Rome. 10 steps from Ottaviano metro station and in front of the door there is the terminus of bus 32. Strategic for visiting the Vatican and also for returning on foot without problems from a concert at the Olympic Stadium. The guy at the reception kind like few others: thank you very much and congratulations for your fairness and availability.

This guesthouse is right in the centre of the most elegant Prati district of Rome right next to Ottaviano Metro and 7 minutes walk from St Peter’s Square and the Vatican. You can easily visit all of the city from here. For the price you pay you get a great room with all you can require for a short stay. The service provided by the staff is exceptional and the breakfast offered very vast.
