Hello. I'm now in my second sleepless night. Even with the windows open, there's a strong smell of mold in the simple room. It's not a small smell, but it's strong enough to give you a headache and nausea. A case for the authorities. In 30 years of staying in hotels and traveling to the most remote countries, this has never happened to me, yet I have to present at Luis Business School again today. Contrary to the check24 description, breakfast is not included in the morning. I ask for leniency. Buona giornata. Sono alla mia seconda notte insonne. Nella semplice stanza c'è un forte odore di muffa, anche con le finestre aperte. Non è un odore lieve, ma abbastanza forte da provocare mal di testa e nausea. Un caso da sottoporre alle autorità. In 30 anni di lavoro nel settore alberghiero e di viaggi, non mi era mai capitato di trovarmi nei paesi più remoti, eppure oggi devo presentare di nuovo alla Luis Business School. Contrariamente a quanto descritto su check24, la colazione al mattino non è inclusa. Chiedo un trattamento accomodante.

We arrived at the hotel in early January. The hotel is well located, 4 or 5 blocks from a metro station and with several bus routes nearby. It is a fourth floor in a quiet building, as well as the area is quite quiet. It has mini-markets nearby, cafes and so on. Our room was small but comfortable and with everything you need. They place water daily and there is coffee too.There are no staff attending , as such it is a floor with several rooms and each one has his keys. Point against, the room was not very soundproof and neighbors were heard again and again across the alcove. Additionally the bathroom did not have the best toilet in the shower, and the toilet made a tremendous noise every time it was used. For us it was good because it allowed us to save and sleep in a quiet area.
