A Casa Nostra

BED BUGS!!! We were there at the July 2019. We had a family room. At the midnight we noticed, that there were bed bugs in our beds!!!! We had to wake up our kids and leave the hotel. We changed to another hotel after midnight! We couldn’t stay there. They promised to pay our money back, but I haven’t had any money yet. Don’t go there! Horrible hotel experience!

BED BUGS!!!!! We had a disastrous experience in this Hotel, from the moment we checked-in, to the moment we had to escape from hundreds of bed-bugs at 2am on our first night. We booked A Casa Nostra on Booking.com, however we were sent to another place called HotelHostel instead. NOT what we booked. Money was taken in full, so no chance to leave the place. The on-site parking was on condition that we would leave our car there for two days without being able to leave. So of course when we woke up at 2am being eaten alive by bed bugs, it took us two hours to be able to drive out of the place. An absolute horrendous experience for four friends just wanting to enjoy two nights in Rome. See photos of the room we thought we were going to get, vs. the room we ACTUALLY got.
