Basic stay, everything you need but also nothing more. We noticed how remarkably quiet it was around here, despite you sitting directly at the station. However, the doors and walls within the apartment are very thin, so you are immediately awake with every movement of one of your neighbors... The apartment below us had an air conditioning that produced a very annoying whistle every night, which made it impossible to sleep with the window open. We didn't have air conditioning, because that's paying extra per day (wasn't really clear to us when booking in advance...). To shower, you had to be patient. Very thin jet of water that needed to be laaaaang to get warm... And finally very poor breakfast!!! Sandwiches from a plastic bag from the supermarket, dry toasts that you normally get with a minute soup when you order something in the canteen of the sports hall... still choice for yogurt or dry cereal, and a packaged cookie that you could take away for the day but I don't do it for that. All in all, pretty disappointing, you can get better for similar prices!

This is by far the worse place I've ever stayed in my history of travels. the host is extremely rude and unpleasant to deal with, if you text her with amy queries she takes hours upon hours to respond and when she does she's extremely rude. The place was absolutely filthy from the stained cushions to the mould on the shower head stand and the door and also black hair on the shower floor. the dresses are stained and black marked like the walls. We had no hot water for over 30 hours as the host didn't respond we didn't know what was going on. When she did she said it was a problem in the area but I did speak to residents in the apartment block and noone else had that same issue . Her tank was faulty. Never once did she apologise for the inconvience but had colleague did give us an Aircon remote for free. It's 5 euro a day for Aircon and 2€ a day for WiFi that doesn't work. The Aircon in my room didn't work and when I asked her about it she was rude about it. Upon arrival I had a standing fan in my room and on day two they took it without asking or telling me. My room was entered numerous times as I always single lock my room and when I came back it was always double locked. When I questioned the host she was extremely defensive about the matter and kept telling me I was wrong about the dirt the Aircon and my room being entered. This place isn't worth the 100€ a night. The location is shady. Full of homeless men sleeping on the steps up to her apartment that hassle you for food and money and even trying taking my belongings. After I left this review on her airb&b page she sent me a private message attacking me and calling me names such as "stupid" I will attach screenshots of the dirt and the conversation for any potential tourists who think this place is worth staying in because it isn't .

Unfortunately the cons outweighed the pros in this hotel. After travelling by train to Rome, we walked to the B&B from the Termini, however it took about 45 minutes to work out how to get into the B&B, nothing was stated on the reservation paperwork about which buzzer to press or which door number/level we had to go to - we ended up asking for help from a resident in the apartment building. We were also asked for an upfront cash payment of 200 euro. Once settled, we had to ask for the air conditioning remote, as it was not provided in the room, because our room was at the front of the building - if we opened a window we would just hear the busy street below. The breakfast cereal container was not filled until the third day. The shower head was just a dribble, and water would leak on the floor. The neighborhood is also a bit sketchy, so make sure you have your wits about you.
