We only stayed one night here. We needed somewhere close to Roma Termini so we could get to the airport easily the next morning to go home. This hotel is literally one minute out of the train station but we did have trouble finding it. We were expecting a usual hotel entrance but we eventually worked out the hotel is in a building shared with other B and B type places. So the entrance is a wooden door on the street and you have to ring the bell and get buzzed in. Once you're inside there is no signage as to what floor you need to go to but get in the lift and it's on level 2. Once you're on level 2, its another secure door opened by the owner or manager. Once checked in you get keys to all these doors so its not a problem just hard to find to start with. Now, this room is budget, you get what you pay for, but for one night its totally fine. The room says it has air conditioning and a safe in the room but neither worked. Nor did the hair dryer. The bed was quite comfy though and we slept quite well. Definately wouldn't stay more than 1 night here but for convenience sake it was fine. We were out of there and on a train to the airport in 10 min.

This hotel was better than my expectation. I received more than I paid for. Location is perfect as it is a 3 minute walking by Termini. If you take a bus to Fiumicino airport it is just a 1 minute walk to bus station. Rooms are very comfortable and large enough to put all your staff in it unlike other hotels in Rome. Receptionists are very friendly and flexible. I asked to check-out at 12.30 which was 2 hours late and they agreed.

A room with heavy musty odor. The bathroom was damp and fusty. There was only one roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. I was asking for an extra roll and I had to explain a great deal to convince the hostess why I need an extra roll lying in my bathroom. Sheets were old and frayed. There were some blankets and quilts in the closet of our room. I’m not sure of its purpose, but they didn’t seem clean neither smell nice. There were some yogurts in the fridge for breakfast. Only one was ok. The rest was past the expiry date. The hosts didn’t seem professional neither approachable.
