We stayed 5 nights in August. The location was great to catch the metro and great restaurants and bars near by. Since it was a holiday week, the host was out of town when we arrived, the cleaning crew didn't speak English well so it was hard to communicate. When the host came back early in the morning, it was very noisy outside of our room, talking/arguing at 8 am. Breakfast at near by cafe was supposed to be included but because of the holiday, the cafe was closed for 4 days and the host didn't know about it. (they gave us some snacks and milk though). There was no fan in the bathroom so it got stuffy. The bed was comfortable, AC and Wifi worked well.

We stayed for 2 nights in this b&b and I must say that we had a really good time, excellent cleanliness and very kind hosts! The room is beautiful and very spacious. We recommend it for its excellent location, just a few minutes from the Vatican and the metro.

I was very impressed Ai Senatori. I had a single room which had a single bed, a TV, bathroom with a shower, bidet, toilet, and a washing machine. It also had a small kitchen which was great for putting together a snack. The room was specious, well decorated, and super clean. It’s located in a very hip neighborhood, but a short walking distance to the Vatican. Would recommend this place in a heartbeat and would stay again if I am in Rome again.
