Aida Charming Rooms

Bad to close you do not go there. the rooms are not like photos but exactly the opposite. Dirty everywhere I think only the Sheets I went out to buy pillowcases and zero maintenance overlay sheets suck. The bathroom is indecent they tell you not to throw toilet paper but to put it in the trash because the toilet is chemical I do not understand how they keep open certain hovels. Unfortunately we stayed because he did not know where to go advance paid 240 euros in advance

Comfortable room with everything you need, large shower and TV, very comfortable bed. You smoke outside on the balcony and there are tables and chairs overlooking the Portuguese hills. Jamal very nice and helpful, made us find a beautiful breakfast. Area served. I will return often. Recommended.

We made the reservation through Booking, a few hours after confirmation we were contacted and informed that, due to an internal overbooking error, the room was not available, causing great inconvenience for us as we were already travelling; explaining the situation, he confirms the room, informing us, however, that to stay we would have had to cancel the reservation on Booking which was already paid and now in penalty Since it was a very particular request, we arrived at the facility to understand the situation We are greeted by a foreign boy who speaks in an incomprehensible way in both Italian and English and who aggressively insists on wanting us to cancel the online booking. After a few minutes of conversation in which he was constantly shouting, he calls his superior and here begins a shouting argument, aggression and threats of not giving us the room for at least 30 minutes A truly UNACCEPTABLE thing that caused us anxiety and concern for the aggressive way they had and which made us have a terrible stay Not to mention the room, upon entering it was a horror: frozen water, broken sink, dust everywhere and stained sheets and to make sure we didn't miss anything with check out at 11.00 at 10.50 they came knocking on our door asking to leave the room Really disgusting, terrible stay, I don't recommend it to anyone.
