Pros: The big positive is the breakfast served by Aline who is an absolutely adorable person. The breakfast itself was hearty, good and varied. The location of the hotel is convenient, close to Termini station and hop.on hop off bus stop. There are also several restaurants nearby and it is not too noisy. Comfortable bedding. Areas for improvement: Staff at the front desk who were not clear enough about tourist tax rules or not for children of 10 years. In the end and to be quiet, we also paid her. They also had trouble scanning our documents and we had to do everything a second time in the evening before going to bed. The cushions on the bed (decorative) were stained and the quadruple room and bathroom are very small. The reception of the television left something to be desired. There is no elevator to go upstairs (we were on the 2nd floor).

The property is just a few minutes walk from Roma Termini station and, despite the degradation that is encountered in the surroundings of every Italian station, the street where the property is located is quite quiet. Even, very close to the hotel, there are at least two comfortable and popular restaurants, as well as some supermarkets. Obviously you did not have to have big claims for the modernity of the structure, especially for the furnishings and the bathroom in the room, but the same however was clean and well heated (in addition to the presence of the usual classic services such as, for example, TV in the room and wi-fi). Very courteous staff at the reception and in the breakfast room, where a breakfast is served not particularly varied, but still right (included, in our case, in the room rate). Finally, considering the costs of a city like Rome, not bad value for money. For those who need it, the property has no elevator. As already mentioned, the furnishings and bathrooms of the rooms would be modernized, but if you do not have big claims, the structure is a good solution for a stay in the Capital.

Awesome hotel, superior staff and wonderful location. Best hotel in the stans! Highly recommended for singles, couples and families.
