The place is close to Vittorio Emanuele metropolitana. The girl was polite and kind.But... we got lost in the evening.I called the host(there is 2 numbers of two people in the back side of the door)No answer. One of them began to chat with me..It was not enough.Google maps didn't find the place.2 hours we circled around the place. Is it so difficult to give me a call and told me 2 ot 3 sentences.
Otherwise..the girl who was cleaning our room was perfect. She cleaned the room very good and every day.My rating is average..
edit:Be careful with the arab(or pakistan or Iran)person in non stop in the street Vitorio Emanuele 73.It is writting Nana DG Pepe.He threw 1 euro ,i bent down to give him the coin and my wallet was with 20 euro less!

I recently stayed here with 3 friends, we were all really pleased with this accommodation. We initially struggled to find it after we'd been dropped off by the taxi, as we didn't realise you had to buzz in near the door to get into the apartment complex - the address on here is correct and will drop you off just outside.
We all stayed in one very spacious room with a large on-suite, although we were all staying in the same room we didn't feel it was an issue due to the amount of space we had. The apartment and bathroom was kept very clean.
The location was brilliant, I think the closest metro station was called Manzoni which was a short walk, around 5 minutes. The metro is easy to use, we went from Manzoni to Vatican City and it only cost 2 euros per person each way. The Colosseum and the Roman Forum is around a 15 - 20 minute walk away, we felt time appeared to go quicker as we got to see some gorgeous architecture that we probably wouldn't have seen otherwise. The Trevi Fountain is another 15 minute walk away from the Colosseum. My friends and I didn't mind walking around however there are plenty of metro links around the city to get you from place to place.
The staff were very welcoming and helpful. On departure we had not managed to print our boarding passes (we would of had to pay extra for this at the airport) I contacted a member of staff using Whats App, they allowed me to send the documents to them via email, they printed them out and then delivered them to the apartment. They were so incredibly helpful and my friends and I were very grateful!

Located at a 10-15 min walk from the Roma Termini train station, Aloha Rome is a B&B with a convenient location. We had booked this B&B keeping in mind the nice ratings on tripadvisor and the positive comments about their owners (forgot the names). However, my experience was not the best since I tried calling both of them but could not reach them, and interacted with them only through SMS, which is not convenient everytime. I reached Rome late in the night and needed help with the directions and hence called them up, but there was no response on either of the contact numbers given by them. Eventually I followed the directions given by Google Maps, which led me to the place precisely. The caretaker Mr Jinto (hope I got the name right) was a helpful guy though.
The room was very spacious compared to European standards, and considering the reasonable tariffs offered by them. Being located in an apartment complex, the inside premises seem to be safe and calm. However, some basic amenities in the room were not working like Safe, Hot Water etc.
If your booking includes breakfast, they will give you coupons to a nearby bar which include a croissant and coffee, hardly enough for a breakfast. Hence, if there is an option, do not include breakfast and find a better meal on your own.
The location is not too near the tourist areas, but the metro station is near and hence the connectivity is good.
Overall, it was a very average experience and can be made better by them.
