It offers a quick connection to public transport and the airport. Additionally, you can walk to the main monuments of the city. The rooms are practical, with comfortable beds and very well soundproofed, significantly reducing the outside noise from the area. They have everything necessary: a hairdryer, kettle with cups, tea, sugar, and also a small refrigerator with bottles of water on the first day, all courtesy of the hotel. The excellent service from all the reception staff, Shohag and Asif, is very attentive and helpful. They allow you to leave your luggage for free after check-out so you can continue exploring the city without carrying weight. The breakfast is very good, simple but sufficient at a bar next door. Coffee/milk, croissant 🥐, juice, egg, slice of bread, mortadella. We have been delighted and pleasantly surprised by the quality and price relationship.

We had a medical emergency a few weeks before our trip and contacted them immediately to see if there was any possibility of a refund, credit, or even partial accommodation. They refused to offer anything and handled the situation incredibly poorly. The staff were dismissive and rude throughout the process, showing zero empathy for a legitimate medical situation. Customer service like this speaks volumes about how little they value their customers. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before booking here.

Convenient location close to Termini and the main metro and public transport stops. Clean sheets and towels, as well as generally the cleanliness aspect. Heating inefficient, bathroom without heating due to a radiator failed and not repaired during the stay. Shower in the bathtub spraying everywhere and flooding the bathroom, absolutely not functional. Breakfast that leaves something to be desired both for the hours (7-9) on the 1st of the year have made a fuss because we showed up at 9.30..., both for the possibility of choice (none!). High price in relation to the service, probably justified by the festive period, but I think that if there are inefficiencies that cannot be guaranteed you must at least monetize them.
