Came with my husband for our first time to Rome. It is on the 6th floor and there is a lift. It is a perfect place as a base to explore Rome. Walking distance to Vatican City, and the metro is literally 5 meters away and is so cheap, just £1.29 on and off the metro for the day. The room is clean, ok it’s not the most modern, but for what you pay and what you get it really is a lovely location and the staff are nice, especially Vic who served us breakfast in the room daily as well as clean our room. Shower really nice. Like I said, as a base it is perfect for what we needed. Yes it needs an update. If you want luxury go elsewhere. I would recommend staying here.

The room and bathroom were very clean. Housekeeping is done every day. The only downside is the breakfast where, apart from the drinks you choose, there are no eggs, no cereal, and no cold milk, but there is a small fridge. Otherwise, the staff is friendly.

I stayed at this property and the experience was very positive. The location is excellent, in an area well served by excellent bars, shops, and restaurants. The room (Vanessa with hydromassage) was clean, comfortable, and equipped with all essential amenities, including a private bathroom, air conditioning, and TV. The only small aspect that could be improved is the bed, which I found a bit small. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and nice, making me feel at ease right away. The breakfast was also very much appreciated, served directly in the room with impeccable punctuality. Overall, I recommend this property for its excellent location, cleanliness, and the great hospitality of the staff.
