I spent 5 nights there and excepting the noise that comes from the road when you open tha window, the place was preety nice.hot water all day and the room was cleaned every day.it is located just about 5 minutes walking from the metro station an it is also close to colosseum! I would stay there again

Bedrooms ok upstairs and place very hard to find and breakfast was terrible. What they don't tell you on their internet site is that they give you a 'chip' to have your breakfast next door. You are given a choice of tea or coffee, an orange juice and a croissant. Yes, that's all you get for breakfast so if you like a good breakfast then I would highly recommend somewhere else. Not for someone who wants a bit of peace and quietness. Free wifi was ok at times.

We were originally booked at Bavaria B&B...and that wasn't a good start to Rome for us.
We had to lug our stuff right up top first...to only be told that the place was full and they would have to move us to another place close by.
In a way, I was very happy that it we were giving Bavaria a miss (although the booking fee would have been lost).
We then went and checked Angilini's ground floor apartment. Worked out beautifully for us - spacious and clean.
Things to keep in mind here though - first night was spent without AC -- we didn't check it in presence of the person checking us in. Also, no towels...thankfully we had our own.
Second day was the way things should have been from the start.
As I said though, the place was beautiful and clean. On the ground floor. Located very well...not crowded. Via Cavour has some good eating options too. Walking distance from the train station.
All in all, a very good deal.
