Apartment Navona

Awful, in short. Property fraudsters, and Logitravel scoundrels for having such a partner. Lousy facility, all full of dirt, with a layer of dust. The room at 10 degrees, the bed without winter clothes, just a sheet being in JANUARY. Freezing cold shower water. Windows that don't close properly... Dismal communication with the property. I attach photos where you can see: the only heating for the whole apartment, useless totally. The shower curtain full of mold, unsanitary. Broken plugs throughout the apartment, dangerous. A plug strip for the entire apartment, on the bedside table. A split air, but only cold. Worst night I've ever spent in an accommodation, and according to Logitravel 3 star rating. It's a bad nightmare.

I send emails to the hotel before I come because I was so worried after review on trip advisor but I was been told was a old photos and room now is a renovated!! The room was really bad , dump , damage etc , my son he got allergy on dump and after staying here we need go to doctor !!! Only 1 good things is very close to everything.

We have stayed 2 nights, I have to say that the location is unbeatable, on foot everywhere. As far as cleanliness is concerned, the truth is, from everything I had read I expected it to be worse. But he wasn't fine. The room needs good maintenance, at least the one we stayed in. Mattress and pillows not very good. Communication with Ana was perfect, everything was quick and easy, she managed our transfers from the airport and was super punctual.
