My husband, son, and I stayed here for five nights. They arranged a driver to pick us up from the airport, which was very helpful. Upon arrival we met with Paolo. He was very helpful and friendly. He showed us around and let us know what areas we could use and what would be provided for us. He also showed us on a map, all the important things in Rome and how to get there. He provided us his phone number in case we needed anything during the trip and helped us with recommendations for food during our trip also. The accommodations are a three bedroom apartment and you have one room to yourself with a private bathroom that has a shower. The room that we had was big enough for the three of us and also had a table and plenty of storage for clothing. Everything was clean and they switched out the towels daily. The kitchen is shared, however, there is plenty of space for all of your food. The kitchen is fully equipped for everything you need and the breakfast that was provided was great! There were a mix of different pastries and breads, milk, juices, coffee, and yogurts. Our room also had a beautiful view of the top of Saint Peter’s Basilica. The location was very central and close to everything. It’s just a few blocks from the subway station and the main bus stop that we used to get around town was just around the corner. There’s also plenty of restaurants and a 24 hour grocery store nearby. Paola recommended a great pizza place too! We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place for us on our visit to Rome. Close to Vatican and Metro. There was supermarket close to complement breakfast or other things like wine and other goods. There were good restaurants close.
Our room was perfect with balcony where we sat in the evenings and had breakfast in the morning. There were three rooms on our floor and a kitchen with what you need. There was toaster, coffee machine, stove and what you need. The kitchen was shared by the three rooms. We had private bathroom in the room with toilet and shower. The room had a double bed and an extra bed. There was also a wardrobe and TV, but we never looked at it. Also WiFi is available.
Breakfast is available in a locker where each room has its own compartment. There were coffee pods, tin bread and cookies. In the fridge there was one shelf per room and there was plenty of juice, yoghurt, milk and there was room for your own purchased goods. There was jam and jam in the kitchen.
We were well received and were shown everything we needed to know plus tips on what to see and great restaurants. We got keys to the front door on the street, to the own floor and the room. There is an elevator and during the day there is a caretaker.
Very good for family and at incredibly good price when we were there. For a reasonable cost the place booked taxi when we were going to the airport on the last morning. It was easy by text message to reach the people who ran the place. Pretty quiet location. There was a place below that was open until late and the traffic is as it is with motorists who like to honk so a good pair of earplugs or earplugs can be good to have with us.

It's already the second year we go and we always had a great time! Kindness and helpfulness of Dana TOP. Very comfortable accommodation as a location, 5 minutes from the Ottaviano stop. Very quiet area and full of restaurants. Thank you, see you next year
