Terrible. Dirty bathrooms, no soap, flooded with water. The room also dirty and the mattress disgusting. Don't live there.

My partner and I were due to stay at this property for 3 nights. We arrived at around 7:15 pm, met the owner outside, received the keys, were shown around, and paid the city tax in cash. We left our bags and went out for dinner. When we returned at around 10:30 pm and prepared for bed, we turned back the bedding and found insects (bed bugs) on the sheets and also on the walls, in various sizes. The condition of the room felt neglected and unsanitary, and we did not feel the property met the standards advertised. Rather than say so immediately in person when we met him, we did not see things in detail then. We contacted the owner immediately. He allowed us to cancel without penalty, but no refund was provided, despite the fact that we did not stay the night or any of the three nights booked. We had to find emergency accommodation late that night. Booking.com reviewed the case but were only able to offer an £8 ‘reward’ refund because the property did not cooperate with their request for a full refund. This was a very disappointing experience, and I hope these details help future guests make an informed decision.
