Central to metro/bus. It can't be called Breakfast, we never got it. Listen to the hallway and on the floor below there is a store that receives goods every morning. Then it dumbs in the building. The room was very clean and everything worked there. Nice old lady who runs it and speaks only Italian. You have to walk a few blocks to the closest of all.

My boyfriend and I just finished our visit here and stayed for 5 days over both of our birthdays. Great place to stay as it is a 15 minute walk to the colosseum and 20 minutes in the same direction to central Rome. It is a 5 minute walk to the metro that takes you up to the Vatican City within 15 minutes. Not sure why another review said there was no super market near by as there is one right underneath the room and then a bigger supermarket down the street. The lady who hosts/cleans the apartment in the morning doesn't speak any English but is more than grateful to help up with the map of Rome (we managed perfectly with google translate!). All in all, small room but perfect for couples and close to the Center. Would definitely recommend!

Rooms are clean and friendly English speaking stuff. Quiet location and comfortable beds so that you'll get a good sleep. Nearest metro is within 10 mins walking and Colosseum is within 15-20 mins walking.. There are number of good restaurants nearby, we found a very good Indian takeway.. But no supermarket is around the area. Its a 3 room apartment which converted to B&B and value for your money. There is a kitchen with refrigerator which you can use to store foods, but not enough utensils to cook. On the first day the breakfast was very basic but after complaining, on the next day we got a very good breakfast.. :)
