Cozy and clean rooms with a very friendly owner helping guests. Positioned very conveniently near the Metro A stop “Colli Albani” which is also a bus stop / terminus, making it easy to get around the city and getting to the sightseeing locations quickly while staying in an affordable and quiet area. Also near a big park (“Caffarella”) that offers a very relaxing space, and a few bars to get an extra espresso on the way! I’ve stayed here a couple times and it’s always been a pleasant stay! I’ll definitely be coming back when I am in Rome.

I stayed at this byb during my holidays in 2018 and I have nothing but great memories from it. Awesome breakfast, great coffee, spotless clean bathroom and room, comfy beds, and all you may need to have a perfect time in Rome. Angelo, the host, is amazing and very welcoming. Don’t hesitate to book here!

First time staying in B&B.Everything was better then we expected.We loved the excellent coffee machine making all kinds of coffees.Great location with all kinds of markets,resraurants,gelaterias and Metro station.Mr.Angelo is a great host. Highly recommended.
