Already, nowhere is it stipulated on the ad that the rooms are located in the basement with a high fenestron that cannot be opened. As soon as you enter this room, you find yourself in such a humid environment, and this is reinforced by the walls that crumble in places as well as mold but the icing on the cake is that foul smell of rising toilet that is unbearable. We stayed 3 nights and this smell has always been persistent. The bedside lamp that no longer has a lampshade and a cold white bulb, so strong that it is better not to use it. The bedside tables have been assembled without gluing, so they break up. There's a safe but a key's broken in it, so it's useless. The paintings, we don’t talk about it because there is only the frame ... Regarding the bed, it is worth avoiding sitting at the edges because the mattress is smaller than the frame, it is really uncomfortable. The bathroom with a lot of mold. Conclusion, we get the feeling that the bosses are just here to fill the coffers and don't give a damn about the rest. I’m sorry but it’s really too expensive for what it is!!!!!

The location is excellent, 5 minutes to Manzoni Metro Station. 15-20 minutes walk to the coliseum and forum. 20 minutes walk to Termini. The apartment is essentially in the basement, a common kitchen (cannot be prepared) and three rooms with private baths (shower, sink, toilet, bidet, hairdryer, soap, shampoo). No windows. Very damp, nothing dries if wet despite the heat outside at 37 degrees. The air conditioning works including heating. Clean and change towels daily. Every morning at 8.00 a.m. comes Maria, who cleans and can make breakfast for 15 euros: hot ham sandwiches, eggs, coffee, also serve yogurt, bread with nutella, sometimes fruit, morse, tea (it was green only). Thanks to Maria for her breakfasts and cleaning. For one night quite, living longer is difficult because of the dampness and lack of ventilation. The owner was asked to call a taxi because they were leaving early in the morning and the buses to Ciampino airport were leaving at inconvenient times. The owner offered a taxi for 75 euros. We flew low-cost and only had backpacks, so we easily trampled to Termini and took a taxi for 40 euros, almost twice the difference.
