Real B&B run by really top owners! Large room, with comfortable bed and large bathroom. Hearty breakfast and in the morning fresh croissants of real pastry. Top! Metro line C stop Giardinetti nearby to reach the Colosseum in 20 minutes.

I had a great stay here during my ERASMUS! After renting the apartment for the entire stay, I also spend a month here on vacation directly afterwards with my girlfriend. Since the room has a double bed and a spacious bathroom, we had all the space we needed and all the furniture too. The landlady was always very nice and available for requests, so whenever we needed something she was there to help us! We felt very safe and connected to the city, as she also gave us hints on how to navigate best to the City Center (metro C you can reach by foot easily!). The apartment lies at the end of a small street, so we had no disturbances and could simply enjoy the beautiful city!

I stayed for two nights with my girlfriend, it was a fantastic experience, the lady was super kind to us and fulfilled all our requests, cleaned the room perfectly and was always smiling. I highly recommend this apartment which, although it is not too close to the centre, can be reached very well with the metro (10 minutes from the house). really comfortable and welcoming, highly recommended. A lady who is really good also brought us fresh croissants freshly made by another lady every morning, a truly perfect experience in beautiful Rome.
