Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with this guest house. After booking and paying, I contacted them about checking in later than their permitted hours. I was told that this was “not possible” because reception is not open 24/7, and that they could not accept the booking/check-in at that time. When I asked whether I could receive a refund, I was told this was also not possible and that it went against their cancellation policy. I understand that guest houses may have check-in rules, but travellers should be very careful before booking here, especially if there is any chance of arriving late due to flights, transport delays or changes in plans. The policy appears to be very strict, and there was no flexibility or compromise offered despite the booking already being paid for. I would not book again and would advise others to check the check-in conditions extremely carefully before paying.

Perfect, the room is not really big but super clean and tidy, has pretty enough space for one person with a single suitcase Easy to find and enter - the manager kindly gave all the instructions with photos the day before I was checking in at night at gat no problem It was also such a convenience to leave the luggage at the hotel for a couple of hours after checking out

We chose the hotel because of its location, but , with great surprise, we found much more than we expected: warm welcome and great availability by the receptionists and all the staff, cozy rooms and perfect cleanliness. Ideal for a nice holiday in Rome. We will be back as soon as possible!
