It was a really pleasure to eat at Tre Pupazzi. You need to reserve first via email or phone. I booked via email and it replied fastly.
It's located not realy near Vatican but still near and walkable. The restaurant only opens in evening.
I ate ravioli and my friend ordered oscobuso. It taste really good!
And if you already reserved seat at this restaurant, they will not give your seat to other visitors. That's I called professionalism.
When I ate, there are many visitors who rejected because they haven't reserved seats.
The price is still reasonable.
I recommend you to eat at this place when you are in Rome!

If you're looking for a comfortable, clean and pleasant B&B look no further.
i Tre pupazzi is located on a side street a short walking distance from the Vatican and Castle St. Angelo, and withing walking distance to Piazza Navona and other major attractions. The owners, Stefano and Roberta are excellent and most helpful hosts.
I got there using the Shuttle taxi from Fiumicino airport. It takes about 30 minutes and cost 15 euros (minimum 3 people) or 30 euros (solo traveler). The driver brought me to the front door and even rang the bell for me to ensure I'm in the right place.
As other travelers have mentioned, the B&B is an extended flat in a residential building and there's no sign to mark it, apart from its name on the doorbell.
All rooms have wide comfortable double beds, two are en-suite and two are with a shared bathroom. But as the B&B is an ex-flat it's only a short distance to the shared bathroom.
After my first night in a room with a shared bathroom, Stefano and Roberta were happy to move me into an en-suite room (for an extra 30 euros a night) which was well worth it as the bathroom is spacious, the shower had a good pressure.
The breakfast is adequate, consisting of brioche-type bread, croissant, jams, butter, cereals, fruit juice, teas and excellent peculated coffee. The kitchen is well equipped, there's room in the fridge for your bought food and it's possible to cook if you are tired of eating out. There are mini-markets nearby. If you're driving then you might even find parking space near and around the B&B (not sure if it's free).

Location is fantastic, five minutes from St Peter's. But this B&B is a bit hard to find. It's a second floor apartment that has been divided into a number of bedrooms so there's no sign outside, just a very small name beside the bell at the door. Inside it's more like a family home, looking rather lived-in. But it's clean, comfortable, quiet and secure. If you're looking for a base from which to explore, it's ideal, you'll just be sleeping and having breakfast (very simple) there, so why would you need more.
