B&B Sweethouse Cinzia

Unusual B&B, it's an apartment in a block with a mixture of residential and businesses. The proprietor doesn't live on the premises and you don't get breakfast served there - instead you get tokens to use at the cafe on the corner. We were a bit disconcered at this arrangement at first, but it turned out to be fine, you got to sit in the corner and watch Romans grabbing an espresso on their way to work, be part of the city waking up. Room was very comfortable, with a large bathroom. Proper coffee making machine. The proprietor was very friendly and helpful. It's not in the most fashionable part of the city, but close to the railway station which is a bonus - and all the main attractions were an easy walk or bus ride. In fact we walked everywhere.

The b&b it's very well situated, about 5min from termini station. It's a 4 rooms apartment, with private bathroom each one and a little common kitchen. Super clean and economic, not bad breakfast. The host it's absolutely charming, caring and attentive, he recommends and advise you really good and he's available anytime. A very nice experience to spent a weekend or some days with friends or with your partner. Absolutely recommendable.

The owner here is extremely kind and dedicated to service. Really nice price and lots of small freebies such as water, yoghurt and fruit. Room is always very clean when you get back and no complaints are made seemingly regardless of what you do. The area is okay, but the owner will inform you where not to go. There is no A/C which can be frustrating but we could live with it. Highly recommended.
