Best Western I Triangoli

We were forced to spend the night in this nightmare hotel due to flights disruption. I think this hotel is one of the ten most horrible, run down hotels on Earth. With business tickets, the ITA agent sent us to this hundred years old hotel. The receptionist said there was no room in the main building and they sent us to their next building with two stars, also belonging to the hotel. I cannot describe by words how horrendously it looked like. Mouldy ceilings, ancient furniture, smelly old bathroom, simply a catastrophic scenario. When I expressed my frustration, after like half an hour the receptionist “suddenly” found out there was one last available room in the main building. That looked maximum 2,5 stars, again, horribly old, bathroom falling apart, we could not sleep as the AC compressor was extremely noisy. Bathroom door got stuck etc. I am shocked these old horrific buildings are still open to public. Never ever again to Rome, this memory will linger with us for a long time.

Not much to say, I am attaching a photo! Detached bidet that moves when you sit down and cockroaches in the bathroom. I don't think I need to add anything else; I would have buried myself if I were in their shoes, and I would have certainly removed something from the stay immediately; you can never make me sleep in a room where there are cockroaches and ask me for those prices. Very bad
