Avoid this hotel at all costs. The location is terrible and felt unsafe at all times. The staff were rude and unhelpful, especially the woman at the front desk. We had several rooms, and none of the showers drained properly, which made basic hygiene uncomfortable and frustrating. Rooms flooded. Front desk sent more towels to clean up water, did not fix problem or move any of our rooms. The hotel itself was dirty, and the overall value was awful. Breakfast was a complete joke, very poor quality and not worth it at all. This place is absolutely not worth the money. You could not pay me to stay here again.

This hotel does not correspond to a 4-star property; at most it can be considered a well-presented 2-star hotel. Unfortunately we had to stay there via a package purchased with a travel agency. The rooms are small, the bathroom is small and even the beds are not suitable for families or those traveling with a lot of luggage. It may be good for couples or solo travelers with few suitcases, but it is not suitable for families, especially with children. If you are traveling with your family, I recommend investing a little more to avoid inconvenience. The air conditioning is active only during the “hot season” (May to August), as explained to us by a receptionist in an unprofessional way, almost ridiculing our request, as if it were obvious. However, in another hotel in the center of Rome, at the same time, the air conditioning was fully functional. As for the staff, the only really courteous and helpful member of staff was the waiter. The reception service is definitely in need of improvement. Even the breakfast is not up to a standard above 3 stars. The hotel’s location is very far from the main tourist attractions and the city center: be prepared to walk a lot or spend a lot on taxis or Ubers. If you are considering this hotel through a travel agency, be careful.
