The first impression of the establishment is good: the exterior is clean, well-kept, and pleasant. The location is acceptable, although it does not stand out particularly either. However, the experience in the room leaves a lot to be desired. The air conditioning did not work, and they had to change our room. The television is old, with a completely outdated selection of channels; if you expect to watch a movie or use streaming platforms, forget it. The refrigerator barely cools, which is quite uncomfortable, especially in summer. The toiletries are also not up to par: the same dispenser serves as both gel and shampoo, and it leaves the hair in very poor condition. One of the aspects that caused me the most rejection was finding out that the comforter did not have a duvet cover, which conveys a clear sense of lack of hygiene. The breakfast is acceptable, although the staff's treatment is excessively rigid, with a style that is very distant and unwelcoming. The sound insulation is very poor. Every morning, you can clearly hear the conversations and shouts from outside, making it difficult to rest. The food and snack options are also impractical and could be improved. In short, for about 100 € more, there are establishments that are far superior in quality, comfort, and services. Personally, next time I would choose another option.

Nice and clean hotel with professional staff, 15 min walk to colosseum, would stay again.

It is a magnificent hotel. Excellent staff, magnificent room, attention to detail, very good breakfast. The room was new, spacious, and very clean. Comfortable bed. The location is good because it is close to the Manzoni metro stop on line A (less than a 10-minute walk). This allows for a very quick trip to all the points of interest for a tourist. Pedro and the Vatican Museums, Plaza de España, Termini (National Roman Museum).
