Boutique Hotel Trevi

Positives: The hotel is located right in the center, not far from the Trevi Fountain. Small fridge and air conditioning available. Negatives: The room was VERY small, as was the bathroom. In the bathtub you have to put on your knees because it was so small. The view from the room was bad. Breakfast was not special, among other things there were no rolls, only bread. Cleanliness could be better, just old and thin blanket.

Very nice hotel with great rooms, good location and pleasant ambience. Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience with a member of the staff, Mrs Natalia. We were asked to leave after about 15 minutes at breakfast, even though we hadn't even finished our coffee. Such behaviour is unacceptable for a hotel of this class

Bad experience. Dated hotel , small and dirty rooms . I asked for the change of room because the Blanket was dirty , dust on furniture and on the floor , sheets with a hole , bathroom tap broken , shower full of limestone . The small breakfast room without ventilation underground. The change of room I had to do it myself but the situation has not improved the old furniture full of dust, the bedspread stained also this I had to ask for immediate replacement with a clean one The small wardrobe with the Door that didn't close. And let's not talk about the staff.... Indifferent and not at all available , indeed ..... in the change room they had the courage to phone me to get the keys of the previous room brought down .... Never again in this hotel!!! To say that I had been there years ago and the situation was totally different. Too bad because the location is great.
