The ground floor apartment for 4 people is 'unpresentable.' A 10-meter flight of stairs to go to the bathroom is unthinkable or at least should be indicated. It hadn't even been cleaned (aside from the sheets and towels). 5 windows that all overlook internal shafts without a ray of light. At breakfast time, there is no seating, and you have to wait for tables to become available. I strongly advise against it!!!!!!!!

We stayed as a couple at this property and what about? The location is convenient for both the city center and those arriving from Termini station, the owner was friendly and fun, makes you feel at home. He recommended itineraries to follow to visit the city giving us some tips .. the room was clean and nothing was missing, courtesy set, kettle, mini fridge, TV. Rome is a fairly chaotic city but all in all the street noises are bearable. Breakfast is both sweet and savoury, there is enough choice and my husband was also pleased with gluten-free products. We had the opportunity to leave our luggage even after check out, kindness not taken for granted. I recommend it!!

There is no elevator. You have to carry all your luggage yourself. The bed is so uncomfortable that it would be better to sleep on a wooden board. Everywhere is full of dirt. It is really very bad and of very bad quality. It was very dirty. There was absolutely no hygiene. The dust under the beds really seemed to have remained for a century. Even the heating was bad. In March we are literally frozen. The attitude of the employees was also terrible. I would definitely not recommend it.
