Bye Rome

I booked the hotel and after reviewing the reviews and photos, I wanted to cancel my reservation, but they wouldn't allow free cancellation. Upon arrival, I waited 15-20 minutes in the heat to check in. They falsely accused us of things we didn't do, saying we broke a beer bottle, which is completely false. Due to a misunderstanding and the staff's insufficient foreign language skills, I was told I didn't have to pay the city tax, but I did. I accidentally broke a vase, and the hotel owner demanded an exorbitant fee, which I replaced with a much better one. The hotel owner monitored the common area 24 hours a day, putting pressure on us and constantly issuing warnings on social media. I've traveled to many countries and stayed in many places, and I've never encountered anything like this. I was a guest in a foreign country, and they threatened to call the police. I am absolutely dissatisfied and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It's a terrible hotel; the beds are uncomfortable, the toilets are broken, and there's a lot of noise from the windows. Never, ever go to this hotel.

Strategically located 5 minutes from Termini station, convenient if you arrive / leave by train or to have access to buses and metro. There are many bars and restaurants around, but its location in an internal courtyard ensures tranquility and safety. Friendly and super helpful Welcoming, the host welcomed all our requests, allowing us to also make early check in of an hour. Small room but very clean, present air conditioner and television; also available two towels each on our arrival. Private bathroom also small but still functional, equipped with bidet and hairdryer, shower cubicle of comfortable size. It is a functional room if you are willing to adapt and do not have great expectations, and you use it as a foothold to return in the evening after long days to take a shower and sleep. The structure does not have luggage storage, but the host recommended a cheap and very close deposit with which the structure collaborates (it is a laundry), at a cost of € 3. Structure recommended if you are looking for a room that is essentially just a foothold and then move and visit the city, I chose it again after years and I was satisfied. If you consider that it is essentially a renter is great value for money, the room was very clean and met our needs. The only note to take into account is that the room was not very acoustic insulated so you could hear both internal noises coming from the other roommates (but nothing exaggerated for us) and external noises coming from the air conditioning systems / machinery below our window overlooking the inner courtyard. We were not particularly disturbed by this and we still slept with the window open, but for those who are more sensitive the noise could bother us.

Orribile experience , the shower, wc and bidet got stock last day. Not worth the price at all. The place is so small for two people . One medium size and one small size towel ! On top of it the owner was very rude . I don’t suggest the place to anybody
