Excellent location and great spot to recharge the a the dies after a long day in the hot Italian sun. Plenty of aperitivo and food options around. Walking distance from all the big attractions. Emanuele and Marco were both very helpful and friendly throughout our entire visit. The communication from the second we booked up until we checked out was top notch and I couldn’t recommend this place more.

We stayed as a couple at the end of June/beginning of July and had an excellent experience. The room was immaculate: spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and equipped with fantastic amenities. The location was absolutely perfect, just a short walk from all of Rome’s main attractions. The air conditioning was excellent and especially appreciated during the heat wave, making our stay even more comfortable. Emmanuel was an exceptional host: friendly, welcoming, and always available to help. He also kindly offered restaurant recommendations throughout the area and provided useful information on transport links for destinations a little further away. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome and would happily stay here again in the future.

Excellent accommodation, clean, nice, in the centre, next to all the attractions of Rome and its metro and bus stops.
