terrible experience! endless inconveniences! very poor cleanliness, broken air conditioning, the fridge in the room didn't work, there was hair in the sheets and everything was dusty (I speak as someone allergic to dust)!! they don't even have small bottles of water to sell, you have to go to the bar across the street. the air conditioning is turned on by the reception and we had numerous inconveniences at night, calling again and again to turn it on, as they told us to do as soon as we arrived, but they kept telling us they were turning it on and in the end they didn't turn it on. No type of toiletry kit like at every other hotel, there was barely any soap in the shower, the shower was tiny and the water didn't drain at all in the pipes.

Two days before, they called from the agency to ask them to deduct the already paid breakfast; the reviews were terrible, and I can confirm that. They did not want to; when I arrived at the hotel, I asked the woman at the reception to deduct it from what I had paid, as we were going to be 10 days without breakfast at the hotel since the breakfast is terrible. We argued; she told me that it could not be deducted because it was written down, and that was it. That same night, the air conditioning, which is centralized and controlled by them from the reception, did not work for us. We went down to the reception three or four times, and as a solution, they gave us a fan. Revenge of the cross-eyed, it is clear that it is. I do not recommend this hotel, if you can even call it that. You also cannot complain because you are out of your country. If you want to avoid problems, do not stay here; everything is very neglected, old, and broken. I do not recommend it even for one night.

This is not a hotel; it is a nightmare and a true legalized scam! The photos on the website are misleading; the reality is a dilapidated, filthy structure that is literally falling apart. The rooms are dangerous and indecent: crumbling plaster, broken furniture, dirt everywhere, and electrical outlets ripped from the wall. To complete this disaster, there is a receptionist with an outrageous lack of manners, an arrogant, sour, and aggressive person who, in response to my justifiable complaints, had the audacity to reply to me with an unprecedented insolence. They literally steal money from people by offering a dump and treating customers with utter disdain. Shameful and exploitative, you should be shut down by tomorrow morning! Do not even approach! Unless you want to lose more than €600!
