Can not go to Rome because of the dire situation in Rome. Tried to cancel with the hotel and they refused to do any thing to help me. They "sent" me back to the Booking company (Booking.com) who in turn sent me back to the hotel; complete run-around.

My daughters taxi did not show up. Got locked out. No one answered the phone. Missed her flight. Do not stay here.This just cost her hundreds of dollars. Not to mention safety concerns. No other issues in any other hostel but here!

If you are fancy to know Roma and The Vatican, ideally, Ciampino is the great option as regards accommodation. Arguably, it is the best hostel in town which is cheap, clean and thankfully customer services speak English and Spanish, so, language won’t be a problem. Luckily, it’s located just ten minutes’ walk from train station (one station to arrive Roma) and thirty minutes in car from the airport. Coincidentally, in front of the hostel there is a pub where you taste delicious Italian beers. Predictably, all Italian people are so kind; my friend and I really enjoyed our stay there.
