Absolutely loved the apartment! So spacious and had everything you needed. Comfy beds & even had a supply of expresso! I was in apartment c14 which was on the 6th floor. There was an elevator, but you still had to walk up half a flight of stairs after you got off the elevator. Two bedrooms two baths kitchen living area... So spacious. The only reason I rated a 4 instead of a 5 was even though theoretically it was less than a mile from the coliseum, it was extremely hilly. You had to navigate many, many stairs to get down to the level of the coliseum. Because it was a nice quiet residential neighborhood, there were no little cafes that you could pop into for a coffee or breakfast, and no restaurant close by. Because I have had both knees replaced, this made it very difficult for me. I actually took a taxi back from the coliseum. It was only $10, but I still would have preferred a less hilly area. There was a huge Condel grocery store nearby which was nice. I did find out on the last day that there was a hostel down the street which served a buffet breakfast for 8.95 euro. Not sure of the quality, but I wish I had been able to try it. Ostella Bello hostel. If you have no problem with stairs and like a nice quiet neighborhood this is the hotel for you!

The building is basically a construction zone. The air conditioning does not work or simply the owners refuse to turn it on. There is essentially no staff to do anything but say "sorry" and do nothing to rectify issues. The issues are plentiful. If something does not work the answer is, "Well that wasn't listed on our amenities." Noise levels are high due to the slamming courtyard entry door and the loud voices and smokers in the courtyard. Your windows open to the courtyard so you can't avoid the late night and early morning noises. And much more .... therefore overpriced. Suites are ill-equipped. All the dishes were dirty. The meagre furniture is stained. Don't be fooled by the pictures.

Stayed in Apt C4. Two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, the other with two single beds. Kitchen is mostly stocked with needs for making meals and Conad grocery is a 5 minute walk. Two bathrooms with showers. The place is secured, keyed access to the courtyard before a triple bolt key accessed door into the apartment. This apartment isn’t disabled accessible due to the elevator stopping at half floors requiring navigating seven steps. Termini rail station is a 15 minute walk away, as are the coliseum, and a few notable and pilgrim churches. Make sure you let the building manager know your expected arrival time and enjoy
