The place was right for what we paid. The room could have been cleaner in places tho, there were some cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. Also the building was noisy in the early mornings and the window couldn't closed completely to block them. Fridge wasn't working. Pillows were too thin, they need a change. A bit scary not having anyone working there at night, as we had a problem with the bathroom door that we could solve and open at last!
On the good front: Awesome bathroom, super new and clean. Lots of TV channels. Bed very comfy and firm (except for pillows). Nice guy working there (tho a bit difficult communicating with him in English). And the best was the location, super near Termini and around 30 minutes by foot from most of the interesting places. Underground stop 5 minutes away (Barberini).
So good for the money, tho looked more classy on the photos. With a bit more of care it would be perfect! Not sure if I'd stay here again tho...

We were sent to this location for one night when their associate guest house was overbooked. I am very glad that is was for only one night because it was a major disappointment. Where shall I start ...
The place was really far away from everything and there are no restaurants near by, the subway is blocks away and mostly hills (which is really bad when you are carrying luggage). It is surrounded by embassy's and high security bank buildings. There are armed guards on almost every corner and you can watch them pacing from the balcony of the room.
The air conditioning did not work very well, windows had huge drafts and did not close properly.
The bathroom set up was really strange. The shower was literally across a small hall from the bathroom and there was no place to dress. You had to undress and dress in the shower or wrap yourself in a towel and go to the bathroom in full view of the rest of the room. Both the shower and bathroom are located right inside the entry door so you had to time a shower when no one was coming or going from the room. They should have added a drape to the bathroom area in order provide more privacy.
We cannot comment on the breakfast because we did have any. We were scheduled to leave 30 minutes before their 'breakfast window' and they could not accommodate us despite that fact that there was no one else staying at the B&B while we were there.
It is located inside a residential building and you can smell people cooking at night and see their laundry hanging from the balconies.
The room was bigger than most of the other places we stayed in while in Europe, but not worth the price due to the inconveniences and bad location. Would not recommend this location to anyone, there are way to many and better choices in Rome...

We have stayed 3 nights in this hotel which I can not describe as hotel because the owner rents the rooms of his apartment flat which has 3 rooms. We have expreienced all rooms in our stay. Suit room and deluxe rooms is really good but I can not say the same for the standard room. There is only one staff which is really very kind and helpful. Location is good but next time I will prefer to stay at an hotel around Navona. Breakfast in not good that they are serving only butter and jam. The price of the rooms should be 2/3 of what we have paid.
