Cleaner than you would expect - however the toilet was broken - the room was not heated - the aircon is not adjustable - the room is very small and rather dark - the breakfast selection is modest but the people are very very nice. however, i would suggest to clean the downstairs entrance area from urine and debris from all the homeless people who search shelter from the cold.

I stayed here because I needed to take the train from Termini early in the morning. The impact is not the best. Especially in the evening entering the hallway is not the best. The property is on the 5th and 6th floors of the building, fortunately with elevator. Cleanliness is good but the structure is not well maintained. The room was in an attic so on the one hand practically unlivable. Breakfast ok and staff available.

Terrible experience. To get in we did 5 floors walk (elevator was broken), to have the hoste room key did not understand well Italian. Room was dirty on the walls, soap dispenser in the broken shower. Towels were 2 large and 3 small, I state we were three. Water in the shower was warm not hot. Breakfast only yogurt, croissants, rusks and jam. Coffee, orange juice and water. FOR ME NEVER AGAIN. I didn't like it at all. I think for the capital very poor Service.
