Delightful hotel, superior room with a fantastic terrace, friendly and helpful staff, especially Danila, who is beautiful, capable, and kind.

A very beautiful hotel with a lot of charm located in a quiet residential area, Villa Borghese is a 15-minute walk away. The staff is very attentive, helpful, and genuinely cares about advising you. Excellent welcome from Lucrezia, who speaks French very well and was charming and very efficient throughout our stay. Before our arrival, so that we could still have dinner due to the late hour caused by our flight delay, she provided us with a choice of dishes. When we arrived, everything was already prepared in the room. Thank you also to Daniele. Additionally, we were upgraded to a lovely suite with a large terrace overlooking a beautiful panorama of the city rooftops. The rooms are really very clean, spacious, and equipped with everything you might need. We warmly recommend this hotel where everything is done to make our stay pleasant.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I was traveling to Rome with my eight-month-old infant to celebrate my birthday. The establishment is a renovated historic villa that has been transformed into a hotel. It features an excellent spa, a well-equipped gym, a superb restaurant, and, most notably, a highly professional and accommodating staff. My only concern is that the villa itself is not easily accessible for strollers or wheelchairs. The staff consistently provided assistance with carrying the baby stroller. It is worth noting that Rome, in general, presents accessibility challenges for wheelchairs and strollers; public transportation, including buses, has high entry points, a significant majority (approximately 80%) of tourist attractions have stairs at their entrances, and the pavement is composed of cobblestones. Also the domestic staff have to pay a little more attention to the bathroom tiles to prevent mold (in the shower). I have those bathroom tiles too and cleaning them is a hustle. I would return when my baby is older and doesn't need a stroller 🤣
