Great little gem near the airport. More like a B&B than a hotel. Easy check in, owner reserves a taxi for the next day if needed and it picks you up at the door. Lovely breakfast for a reasonable fee. Lots of restaurants nearby mostly serving seafood which is a nice change from a lot of the cuisine in Rome. Absolutely recommend before a morning flight and I’d even stay a few nights to explore the area as it’s not crowded and a slice of local life in Italy.

Previously I have stayed at both the Mercure and the B.Western. Both were grim. This spotlessly clean small hotel was a far better experience. We had a nice room on the river,one of the better restaurant options is 2 minutes away. Free parking on the road facing the hotel meant returning the rental car at FCO was easy. Giovanna the owner is welcoming she has a relationship with a taxi company.Also provided is a free breakfast starting at 7am. I will definitely choose this option next time.

Delightful small hotel on the waterfront in Fiumicino, a short distance from FCO Rome airport. Very clean room, balcony with sunset view, great coffee and breakfast! Lots of restaurants on the surrounding waterfront. Owner personally ensures quality of experience and our only regret is not being able to stay longer than one night! Recommend highly!
