Our group of about 25 stayed here one night between returning from Orvieto before flying out of Rome the next day. The rooms were comfortable but not fancy. (Because some main traffic arteries are nearby, my light-sleeping wife was glad she had earplugs, though I slept fine without them.) The breakfast the next morning was enough to get us filled up and out the door. Nothing fancy, but located close to various transportation lines, and therefore handy for our purposes. Also, some of the staff were bilingual and greatly helpful to us as we made our transition, and distinguished themselves this way. Were it not for them, I would otherwise rate this as average.

Helpful hosts held our luggage securely after we arrived early so we could take off and see the city and when we departed, they arranged for a taxi to the train Termini.
Our room had three single beds so we had an extra one for our luggage. There was a small table and two chairs so we could play games. The park across the street is huge and beautiful...perfect for a morning run. We loved that we could walk easily to Tram #8 and get directly into the center of Rome but we also really enjoyed being in an authentic neighborhood with no tourists and great restaurants intended for locals.
The breakfast provided included bread, meat, cheese, yogurt, juice, coffee...nothing fancy but adequate for our needs.
If you're looking for luxury and a flat-screen TV, this is not for you but it served our purposes perfectly.

This quite gated B&B is well priced, and it's located very close to numerous bus lines.
It is also a 5-minute walk to the Casaletto station, which is one end of the Piazza Venezia to Casaletto (Tram #8) line. From the Piazza Venezia station you can walk to the various major attractions in Rome.
If you're looking for a restful quite sleep after a long day of sightseeing, then this is a good choice for you. Don't be looking for anything fancy here, but you can expect very nice people to serve you.
