Enjoy Roma

Great location. Close to the metro and 2 steps from San Pietro. Room very Basic but in the end you do not go there x stay in the room but x turn. The Bathroom is the sore note, really small, no bidet as a result. The bed was comfortable. Friendliness and helpfulness of Mrs. Francesca 100! We got to leave our luggage x a full day x conclude the tour before leaving again. Thank you.

Unfortunately, apart from the kindness of the owner, the room was not clean upon arrival, long hair on the floor in the bathroom and near the bed, shower door that you had to be careful to slide otherwise it would come out of the guide, we opened the window and there was it's the air conditioner motor but between it and the frame there were some cigarette butts (I understand the limited space but at least remove them with a vacuum cleaner...). Luckily the air conditioner which we turned on was silent as it was hot. And then too much noise in the corridors already in the morning, I understand that people must be polite and respectful, but every morning the same story almost seemed to have them in the room. Room never made up, in fact you have to pay extra, breakfast not included, they don't keep luggage after check out (even though we had two small backpacks). Working Wi-Fi and entry into the apartment and room via smartphone. Pretty comfortable bed. Convenient location of the place which is close to the Ottaviano metro.

It is reviewed as a b&b but it is not. Quadruple room that does not meet the minimum safety requirements. Non-existent staff and non-existent services. Minimal bathroom and I'll stop here. I strongly advise against it. From what is advertised, I don't know how well-known search engines manage to sponsor it.
