EVA'S ROOM

Great little hotel near the Spanish steps and Trevi fountain! The room was spacious for the 3 of us and so clean! We will definitely be back here when staying in Rome.

The property is located in the center of Rome, close to two metro stations and many tourist attractions. Room on the ground floor with a French door that opened onto the inner courtyard, very quiet, clean, equipped with a bathroom with a window. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent experience... highly recommended.

I am not sure whether the photos on Tripadvisor are up to date but I was pleasantly suprised that the rooms we're more modern and clean than what the photos showed but still holding the great Italian artistry. The staff we're super helpful, like sit down with you for 10 minutes and go through the city with you, tell you where to eat, what metros and buses to take, kind of helpful. Locationwise, it is bang central. If you are going on any excrusions then the meeting point for those is a 12 min walk from the excrusion point and I know that others walked 30 mins to get there. Nothing bad to say but exceeded expectations by quite a way from the advertised photos I saw. Finally, there wasn't any breakfast included however they did provide crossiants, bottled water and coffee at reception which was very nice.
